I feel so cheated. Cedar's still in Band 1! Susan Leong made it sound as if our results were so horrendous to the extent that we pulled the school all the way to Band 9. Pfft. And she scolded us like crazy for maintaining our school in Band 1. What more does she want? Band 0 ah? -_-"
